Overall rating: 3.2 / 5 from 127 reviews.
J'ai commandé un maillot numéro 7, car figo a joué en numéro 7. J'ai reçu un numéro 3, il ya visiblement une erreur très regrettable. D'autant que la symbolique du 7 sur le maillot n'a plus de sens avec un numéro 3. Cordialement.
Do not trust this company with your money or your pet's health. Pawvie is a predatory e-commerce scam operating under the guise of a legitimate pet mobility company. They use high-conversion marketing and deceptive promises to target vulnerable pet parents dealing with injured, sick, or aging animals, and then systematically trap their money. The Product: Cheap Fabric, Zero Medical Support I purchased a hind-leg mobility brace intended to provide joint stability, reduce pain, and help my dog walk. The actual item delivered is a total joke. It is constructed from incredibly cheap, low-grade materials, lacks any structural or orthopedic integrity, and fails to stay on the dog properly. It provides absolutely zero physical support. My dog has not been able to take a single functional step while wearing it. It is entirely useless for any real medical or mobility needs. The Return Scam: The Hidden "Hygiene Loop" Pawvie heavily advertises a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on their storefront to induce sales and build false trust. However, the moment you request return instructions because the product fails to perform as advertised, their customer service shifts to a scripted stonewall. They hid behind "hygiene and safety regulations for pet care products" to deny my refund entirely, claiming that because they shipped the size I selected, their obligation is fulfilled. They use a hidden, internal loop to ensure that no consumer can ever actually utilize the contractually promised 90-day guarantee once a package is opened. Bad-Faith Financial Manipulation When I escalated the issue and filed a chargeback with my credit card company, Pawvie engaged in standard merchant coercion tactics. They reached out directly offering to issue me a credit only if I canceled the bank claim first. This is a known, bad-faith predatory trap: once a consumer cancels an active dispute, they often forfeit their legal rights to ever reopen it, leaving them entirely unprotected when the merchant inevitably fails to send the money. Even after Capital One processed the payment processing cycle, Pawvie continuously lied, claiming the bank was holding the funds and that they couldn't issue a refund until I altered my bank records—a factually impossible demand. The Ultimate Proof: Flagged by Medical Authorities To verify their claims, I contacted the Journal of Veterinary Medicine. Their editorial office officially confirmed that they have no record of, affiliation with, or endorsement of this company. Furthermore, upon reviewing Pawvie’s website and marketing tactics, the Journal immediately flagged their operations as completely fraudulent and misleading, stating: "We haven’t published anything like that as far as I know. I’m going to forward that site to our legal counsel." When the premier medical authority in the veterinary field is actively referring a business to their legal department for fraudulent misrepresentation, you know you are dealing with a criminal operation. Final Verdict Pawvie does not sell medical recovery devices; they sell cheap, unapproved, misbranded fabric while weaponizing predatory return policies to steal from pet owners. I have extended my case with Capital One for Merchant Fraud and Restraint of Funds, and have filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Shopify Compliance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They are selling false hope at the expense of your wallet and your dog's well-being.
I want to return it. My dog won’t walk with it on and it does not fit well enough to help him.
The instructions were very hard to understand. My dog wants nothing to do with this. I paid $132.98 and I feel it was a waste of money. I would like to return this item.
use leather rather than nylon that shredded first wear.
The measurement charts are not correct. We measured exactly has stated. Our dog is a miniature schnauzer. The product was way too big and we were never told until we ordered, that it was a Chinese product. We never would have bought it.
Never received it. Plus, as with the brace, it never suggested it was coming from China. I would have never bought it.
Their customer service is very poor… I ordered the support sleeves for my dog to use after CCL surgery and was careful to get all the measurements necessary before ordering as required… when the harness and sleeve arrived they fit horribly and were very flimsy and poorly designed… Not even useable… so I ordered from another vendor and theirs came in with padded saddle and harness to hold up sleeves and were so much better for 30% less… they don’t have the metal hinges, but after seeing the ones from Pawvie, they wouldn’t align properly anyway to protect the injury…. Then when I tried to return they refused to take them back eventhough my dog had never worn them other than to try them on… never wrote one of these before but they deserve to be exposed for the lack of quality and customer service… 2 weeks post op for bi=lateral ccl surgery, but no thanks to Pawvie… don’t bother!
The tabs were barely sewn on. I don’t know if they were temporarily sewn as part of the construction process and missed for the final sewing but the harness can’t be used as it is. I will be working on returning it. Very disappointed because I thought it would be exactly what my pup needed.
Send it never got it and no avaliable tracking if I had know it was coming from China I wouldn't have payed for it for something I'll more than likely never get
Not sure it fits right or supports his right rear leg enough.
6 months after her right knee replacement she was still sore and came up lame after heavy exercise. Our dog is 10 years old and full of energy. We purchased this support brace for her to use while running and dock diving which is her favorite summer exercise. With great success, she has not been limping after running or swimming. I am amazed and very grateful. Hopefully this helps her from needing the other leg operated on. Thank you for this product.
Today 07/20/2025 we attached the harness on our giant schnauzer. Watching her before the harness and now with the harness. It is a major improvement. T...Thank you so much for sharing this update—what an incredible transformation! We are beyond happy to hear your Giant Schnauzer is moving around with eas...
Our dog has a torn ACL and we have seen two orthopedic surgeons who suggested surgery with an intensive recovery. He is a 95 pound shepherd and our concerns were many with his size and the fact that German Shepherd‘s are prone to infections more than other breeds. We did not want to risk the infection and the pain so opted to try these and couldn’t be happier. He is now able to go on long walks and even run. He is a happy boy and so are we
Saved us from expensive surgery! The harness design is genius, it never slips off
This brace worked wonders for my dog, Bella. She is running around like a puppy again!
Excellent quality and support. I noticed a huge difference in just a week.
It is really helping my dog Moria get around much easier.
My senior dog is finally comfortable. Thank you for this amazing product!
We had the Xlg and it was ok for her and then when we seen you did the XXLg we order it and it fits a lot better
Jenna helped me several times and really was wonderful. Her fast and helpful responses are greatly appreciated!
This is Jaxon a Great Pyrenees wearing his new brace. Being a large breed we were a bit nervous about the fit but it was perfect. It didn’t take long for him to feel comfortable wearing the brace and with it on he did not limb as bad.
My grandson loves the outfit!

It’s been almost 30 days with no delivery. I checked tracking today and it said the shipping label has been deleted.
Very good condition
Good
Excellent quality. Purchased it thinking it would be a cheap fake. But it’s really good. Might be real match quality. Not sure.
Order wasn't shipped in US as stated and we had to buy one at Amazon. When the order was finally received I ask for a refund and they wouldn't honor it! Never buy from them, use Amazon.
I would never buy anything from them again, our dog would not wear these and we could not get a refund!
Being based on poundage means the fit isn’t exactly the right fit. The same with the sleeves for the legs. But, it’s better than nothing
its way too big for a corgi. I need to return it but no enclosed packaging to help me do that.
The box was damaged. The product seems to be OK but know instructions or anything else in the box.
Please send return label
I love it but Avery, well he is none too happy. I do know it'll take some adjustment period and some final tweeking for fit but in the end I think he will feel more secure and maybe take a longer walk outside with it on.
Did not receive ebook, Product was too big. Request to exchange for smaller size . Did not get a reply. Waited 2 weeks for product to arrive. It says 90-day money back guarantee but I have yet to hear from somebody.
