The measurement charts are not correct. We measured exactly has stated. Our dog is a miniature schnauzer. The product was way too big and we were never told until we ordered, that it was a Chinese product. We never would have bought it.
Never received it. Plus, as with the brace, it never suggested it was coming from China. I would have never bought it.
Their customer service is very poor… I ordered the support sleeves for my dog to use after CCL surgery and was careful to get all the measurements necessary before ordering as required… when the harness and sleeve arrived they fit horribly and were very flimsy and poorly designed… Not even useable… so I ordered from another vendor and theirs came in with padded saddle and harness to hold up sleeves and were so much better for 30% less… they don’t have the metal hinges, but after seeing the ones from Pawvie, they wouldn’t align properly anyway to protect the injury…. Then when I tried to return they refused to take them back eventhough my dog had never worn them other than to try them on… never wrote one of these before but they deserve to be exposed for the lack of quality and customer service… 2 weeks post op for bi=lateral ccl surgery, but no thanks to Pawvie… don’t bother!
The tabs were barely sewn on. I don’t know if they were temporarily sewn as part of the construction process and missed for the final sewing but the harness can’t be used as it is. I will be working on returning it. Very disappointed because I thought it would be exactly what my pup needed.

6 months after her right knee replacement she was still sore and came up lame after heavy exercise. Our dog is 10 years old and full of energy. Our dog has a torn ACL and we have seen two orthopedic surgeons who suggested surgery with an intensive recovery. He is a 95 pound shepherd and our concerns were many with his size and the fact that German Shepherd‘s are prone to infections more than other breeds. Took a long time to receive it. The halter fit great; but the hind leg supports did not and that's what I needed it for. Even with the velcro for sizing... they didn't work. Didn't fit the hind legs was l way too big for the medium size pitbull.
