Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Processing Time: This includes order verification, assembly, and pre-shipment preparation. Processing times may vary depending on your location and our operational efficiency.
- Shipping Time: Begins once processing is complete and depends on the shipping method and destination chosen.
Please be aware that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. During peak periods or promotional events, delivery times may be longer.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. The total estimated delivery time combines both processing and shipping times.

Carriers may take 5-7 business days to update tracking info. If there are no updates after 10 business days, please contact us at support@pawvie.com.
Shipping Delays
If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at support@pawvie.com for a full refund.
For unexpected delays, reach out for assistance, and we aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, carefully check the delivery location.
Contact the shipping carrier for help.

Incorrect Addresses
We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, and contact us at support@pawvie.com immediately if you spot any mistakes.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Trekmerch is not responsible for customs fees if the package is rejected or if delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, without a guaranteed refund.
